Yes, a reservation with a deposit is required. You can make reservations on our website through our online reservations system here.

If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather we will re-schedule your flight INDEFINITELY.

You can reschedule your reservation until 96 hours before the flight. Due to the limited capacity of the balloon if you reschedule with in 96 you will forfeit your deposit and be responsible for the remainder of the balance.

There is not a weight limit however we do require a fuel surcharge of $1 per pound over 200 pounds. However, we do not assess a fuel surcharge on our High Altitude Flight or our Night Flight/Dawn Patrol.
